USER RESPONSIBILITY: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Strong passwords with a mix of characters are recommended. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly discouraged.
Users must not disclose any confidential or proprietary information of Fastclick ATP obtained during usage. Any violation may result in termination and legal action.
DATA COLLECTION & USAGE: The Company collects only such information as is necessary to provide and improve its services. No excessive or unrelated personal data is collected, stored, or processed.
Information may be used for: • Service delivery • System improvement • Communication and notifications • Legal compliance

DATA ACCURACY & USER RIGHTS: Users may review and request correction of their data. The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies provided by users.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: The Company does not store user payment credentials. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
Similarly, the Company does not store stockbroker login credentials. Users must authenticate directly with their respective brokers.
API & ACCESS TOKENS: • API credentials are removed upon disconnection • Access tokens are temporary, system-driven, and used only during trading sessions • No human intervention occurs in automated execution
DATA RETENTION POLICY: • Strategy data is stored only if explicitly saved by the user • Test results are retained for 7 days and then deleted • Logs and activity data are accessible for 30 days and then archived • Performance metadata is retained for system optimization for up to 60 days • Strategy execution data is retained for limited periods for debugging and then removed
The Company does not retain user data longer than necessary unless required by law.
DATA ISOLATION: Appropriate safeguards are implemented to ensure that user data is isolated and protected within cloud environments. Encryption keys and system logs remain under Company control.
BUSINESS TRANSFER: In case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring, user data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.
DATA BREACH & GRIEVANCE: In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified in accordance with applicable laws.
